Built by people who have stood next to the machine at 3 a.m.
Forgeline engineers, fabricates, and maintains mission-critical industrial systems — from forged rotating components to full plant infrastructure — for operators who cannot afford downtime.
Our story
Forgeline was founded by metallurgists and field engineers who spent their careers being called in after the failure — when a forged shaft cracked, a weld let go, or a misaligned drive shook a foundation apart. They were tired of cleaning up work that was never built right the first time. So they built a shop where the people who design the part, forge it, machine it, and install it all answer to the same standard: it has to run, and it has to keep running. Today that principle runs through everything we make for operators across heavy industry.
Industry does not forgive guesswork. Every part we make carries load, heat, and consequence — so we treat tolerance as a promise, not a target.
What we stand for
Tolerance is a promise
The number on the drawing is a commitment to the people running the asset. We hold it.
Own the whole part
From billet to commissioned asset, one team is accountable for how it performs.
Document like it matters
Because it does. Traceability protects our customers long after we leave the site.
How we work
Scope & metallurgy
We start from the duty cycle, not the drawing — defining material, process, and tolerance against how the part actually has to live.
Forge & machine
Forging, heat treatment, and 5-axis machining run as one controlled process with inspection built into every stage.
Verify & document
NDE, dimensional CMM, and material certification produce a complete, auditable record before anything ships.
Install & sustain
We install, align, and commission on site — then keep the asset healthy with condition monitoring and planned overhauls.
